About Dr.Fred Cutler
Fred Cutler (Ph.D. Michigan) does research in public opinion, elections, federalism, and political psychology. He is also an educational technology leader and a startup founder who teaches courses based on teamwork.
He has also served as Director of the Undergraduate Program in Political Science and as Director of the Faculty of Arts Instructional Support and Information Technology (Arts ISIT).
Dr.Cutler is co-founder and CEO of ISIT Technology, makers of a cloud-based educational technology called WeVu.Video.
Dr.Cutler is founder and CEO of Prograds, a cloud application for graduate-student progress tracking
